Thanks dwlerwill, not being technically minded, not sure how to do this. I have the option to scan as a picture, a word doc or an e-mail. Which of these do I choose and what would an OCR programme be branded as? Mark- pegleg61

Hi, I've recently purchased a HP 2410 Photosmart all in one scanner. This has the facility to scan documents as a Word document, so far so good....
