I have a PRI connected to my S8700 running CM 2.2 Via this PRI I receive calls and based on the DNIS sent by the carrier I route the calls to the appropriate Skills in the ACD. For one of the Skills the carrier is supposed to send me a DNIS 1923 for calls coming from the 340 area code...

I have the same problem with a 4620SW. I switched phones, verified QoS and nothing. I contacted AVAYA and nobody could tell me the reason for this.
