Turns out that the ODBC setup on the server requires a full path to the data rather than a mapped drive. Services cannot use mapped drives.

I have a CE 10 system running on Windows 2003 server. I have setup an ODBC connection to a foxpro 2.6 database. I've created a report in CR 10 which uses the ODBC connection. It runs successfully in CR but fails with error 'The table could not be found' in CE.

With many thanks to TurkBear in thread782-1171682 I was able to write a program that will give me a list of reports along with user security for each. I found the security information in CE COM Developers Library Guide. I've included the code here in case others are interested.

I've been tasked with documenting our Crystal Enterprise system setup (version 10). One request in particular is a list of reports and the users who have access to each. Is it possible to use Query builder to get the information? I don't relish the thought of looking at each report.

My CE servers are clustered and we also use NAS for our FRS storage. We use SQL Server in a 'fail over' environment for CE. If our main SQL server goes down and fails over to the backup server, the CMS changes to stopping mode. The only way out seems to be a server reboot. Unfortunately...
On the Authorization page, under the Windows AD tab, I had to ask a system Administrator to setup the AD Administration name for me with a system admin account and password.
