gsr984dr, If you are still out there and looking for an answer to this problem I have an answer - it might not be the best answer but, it is a solution the problem. I believe the problem resides with the Mail Format setting you are using. From the main menu in Outlook, go to Tools\Options\...- pdddent

Printing Email Messages in Outlook XP (2002)
I too am running Outlook 2002 and having the same problem that gsr984dr reported back in Nov 2003 - printed messages, with attachments, do not show the name of the attached file on the message header. I checked the View menu and have searched Outlook's help file to no avail. Would anyone know...- pdddent
