I have a customer that is using hunt group q'd and still q'd announcements within VMPro.
Within the still q'd call flow there is the Queue ETA message set. All callers receive advice of 1 minute ETA but can be queued for much longer.
Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix?

I have a customer who is running IPO 500v2 rel8 with Voicemail Pro. ISDN30e lines (BT). 9500 series phones.
They want to block CLI information from displaying on the extension users phone & Phone Manager so the user cant work out who the caller is. At least until the handset is picked up.

Avaya Rls 5.0.20 : IP500
When a call is ringing on a DS5410 the incoming CLI is not displayed until the handset is lifted
Any ideas ?

The quality is similar to when you used to talk on mobile phones with the voice "blurring". Trunks are PRI, no probs with analogue to PRI. I have moved the voicemail server on to LAN2 today and it seems (please god) to have removed the problem. I have no idea why this may be unles the old PC...

OK, thats what I am missing. Not having set up VLANs before this is a steep learning curve. I have never had any problems before with QOS on Avaya kit. Normally just plugs in and works ok.
