One of our employees decided to lock us out. Now we cant login using user name/password. I turned off advanced security and no one knows the Micros Security ID number. Because the employee took the notes pages out of the manual we had. Please help ASAP. Thanks so much

So the upgrade SW will read the DB backup? If so the rest is cake. We have done many of these POS upgrades over 25 years just not with Micros.
