going along with what mikeydidit suggested and that you are a 24/7 operation, within the display alarm command set the resolved? field to yes and enter in the time frame that you are not staffed to verify alarms that were generated while you were not there.
Hello all,
I have 2 questions:
1. We are looking to implement Voice Print call recording for our company. We will be doing station side taps. Our company utilizes only 110 blocks for all cross connects. Could anyone provide me with any suggestions on how to wire the 110 blocks to accomodate...
Matt,
I'm not sure what the 1E indicates. I did notice scrolling thru my Directory that the number indicated how many characters were entered before finding the name in the directory. For instance, my last name is Foster and I'm required to key up to t (4th letter)before my name appears and it...
We utilize this feature with our 4 sites. We have a DCS environment. On the TSC Assignment page (2nd page) of the Signaling group forms is where you assign the feature. You will need a local extension and Destination Digits with established=permanent and enabled=y. The appl will be ids+. Hope...

We use COR's to restrict all of our modems. We have 3 specific COR's setup for modem use. One allows only outbound dialing, One allows only Inbound, and the last allows both inbound and outbound. We use the outbound COR for default and only change per request. It has worked really well for us.
Linking coverage paths only works when the coverage criteria is set differently between the coverage paths. Once a coverage path is selected via the coverage criteria the call remains in that coverage path. Meaning if you set up Coverage Path 50 and Coverage Path 51 with the same coverage...
