Thank you, I outed the DN and then created it as an ACD with the NCFW setting, I was able to test and it worked aok. Thank you very much for the help, that works perfectly.- pbxnoob

yes, that is good stuff, I didn't know about that, my LUVU does not report anything with PHANTOM in it. So either they are all in use, or I don't have any configured for use on this switch. (Option 81C) So, I guess I need to know how to configure some phantom TNs, or I could do the ACDN route...- pbxnoob

how do I know which ones are phantoms? Also, how do I then have the phantom phone forward directly to the external number once I create it? Can you use MOV to move from an existing actual TN to a phantom TN? Or do I have to out the existing phone, then recreate on the phantom TN? (thx for...- pbxnoob

Hello, I have a person who has moved off campus and we need to forward that DN so that if someone calls the DN, whether internally or externally, it forwards directly to the number out of our system, off campus.
