    My client told me they have 30 MUL07 DR5. The client said he wasn’t able to backup his programming, and now he's wondering if he's using the right norstar manager. He downloaded norstar manager3.5 from Nortel's site and it won't work. Help me please!!

    I'm sorry, this is an 8x16. I know he needs the remote utilities. My question is, is this available to purchase for such an old KSU? I've checked with a few of my vendors with no luck so far. Thanks for the help!

    I sold a client a RAD for his "old" ICS, and he's not sure how to get the remote utilities. I told him they can be downloaded from Nortel's site, but he says you need a code/password. I forgot what rel he's at, but it's pretty far back. How can he utilize this RAD? Thanks in advance!
