    is it possible to have an extension ring 3 times at the primary coverge then ring a coverage group? IF that happens will the voice mailbox for that extension still answer if no one from the coverage groups picks up?

    I know how to create coverage groups but how do I assign an extension to a coverage group? Let’s say a call comes in on 3002 and I want 2214, 2215, 2216, and 2217 to have secondary coverage on that extension. Thanks in advance.

    smah, Thanks for the response. I installed Samba during the Mandrake 8.0 install. I did not create samba users that I know of can you do that using swat?

    I can see two shares from windows network browser. homes (created during install I guess) and one I created using swat on Mandrake 8.0. Like I said I can see the shares but when I try to map to them it keeps asking for a password for linux01\guest? In windows I right click the share select...

    Dont know if this helps or not but you could implement the Iserializable interface in your c# classes and define how serilization and deserailization is done for that class. This could help with backward compatability.

    How can I setup an extension to recieve faxes accross my pri? I knoe what digits the telco is sending when a call comes in for istance 4050. We use 44242D+ digital sets so the extensions are digital not sure how the switch would handle sending to a fax machine that is analog? thanks in advance.

    I have an office that now only has two people and even though the automated attendant announce only two extesions people still push extension 11 and 12 that are no longer used. How can disable them or make the forward automatcally to another extension? Thanks in advance
