'Determine' is a bit of a strong word! I didn't even have chance to look at the event log. Another guy on the team mentioned that some times the occasional BO server will corrupt. Was the first I'd ever heard of it happening, but it got it all working.

It turned out the Crystal Job Server had corrupted. Have re-installed it and all is fine.

To answer pepperdec, no: I am still certificate-less. I have been waiting 4 months. At least they are consistent with their ineptitude. And to anyone thinking of taking the exams, don't. Just say you have, as no one has a certificate to prove it anyway...
