I'm with you on the BES side! I'd be installing a Hyper-V host then having a virtual SBS, no way would I instal Hyper-V on an SBS, in fact, I think you can't... Cheers, Paul.

you could also try a swing migration, http://www.sbsmigration.com/ Personally, with a setup this old, i'd start from a fresh. Even a 50 user network can be done from scratch in a weekend with the right prep and another pair of hands.

You could also use a 3rd party like Own Web Now who filter your mail for viruses and spam then forward on your emails to your on-premise mailserver. Part of the service is that if you have issues effecting your on-premise server you can log into OWA that they provide and view all externally sent...
