Inbound phone number on CDR
Interesting, however the original problem that they were having is not seeing incoming calls at ALL. I see them, however I am missing the phone number. The previous thread is not too clear at the end... hopefully, someone can clarify !!- paulbx

Inbound phone number on CDR
Hi, we are using an Option 11, with all phone activity recorded on CDR. The question is: for incoming calls, the CDR does not display the phone number of the incoming call... it only displays it on outgoing calls. We have caller id, so the phones display the incoming number if it is...- paulbx
