Rick, Thank you for your reply. Will the entire stack have to be taken off line in order for the HW/SW upgrade? Or will Newer versions still talk to Older versions? We are a 24x7 operation and downtime is very limited. Thanks again for your help above. Jeff- PalaceMISDept
