    try getting a realtek 8139 or dlink 530tx+ nic - these are most likley to still have drivers for netware 3.12. easy install.

    What type of printer? How about installing a external print server (or internal if the printer can accept) instead. Set it up as a queue printer, makes life a bit easier.

    I have seen this happen to... You might want to check the server console and see if you are exceeding the maximum license connections.

    NWLSCON hangs after login to Netware server

    Hi! I had the same problem on a few pc's found it to be a bad network card in the w/s. It is also possible that the network card in the server is bad. Watch the transmissions via the monitor to see if there are errors being generated when you login - this should help you track the problem down.
