    Microsoft Security Update 814078 for Java Script Problem

    I had this problem also - It definately seemed related to my updating to IE6SP1 I finally got so sick of the popups that I went into Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced and unchecked the Install On Demand options. At least now those popup messages don't come up all the time
