    Hi ! Check your Netbackup Registry settings on the Windows Client and try to ping the Client from the Master server. use the following command whether your bpcd port on the client is working from the master server telnet < Client Name > bpcd.

    Hi, These are called Ghost jobs. Unless you bounce your Master & media server the Ghost jobs will be active. You can't event kill the jobs. There are some patches check with Veritas. Thanks & regards, Siva
