    All calls come in on the one trunk. See image for an example. Top line is a working number, no issues. Bottom line shows the offending number with the 0044 being prefixed. SIP provider say it's nothing at their end!

    I was determined to fix this!!! I've now got it working! I completed reinstalled the Application Server and started again. Everything now seems to be working i.e. IM, Personal Contacts, etc - and faster too. Something was clearly wrong somewhere.

    Could someone please tell me if the IP Office 500 v2 hardware is discontinued? The only reference to IP Office on the Avaya web site is the Linux based IP Office Server Edition. If so, does that mean analogue extension modules are no longer supported?
