Mkay, Finnaly the problem is solved. The doorbel was programmable. The problem was, the serialnr said it wasn't. Apperantly the people who installed the system, have added a dialing interface in a non-programmable doorbel. So the manufacturer thought it wasn't a programmable unit.. but in fact...

I've contacted the manufacturer. They say, it a non-programmable doorbel. So the configuration should be in the meridian. Aaaargh! I'm getting crazy. When I connected the doorbel to a faxline.. it still called the 700 number. So it must be programmed in the doorbel... right? or am I missing...
