Where can i manage the BackupExec information database files? Where did it store all data about the media catalogs, job definitions, etc... ?
I thought that is stored on some SQL-based database. But i can't find anything like that. I found some .dat files, but i can't 'read' them. I want to...
i think there is no print option of the media catalog... but you can run a Catalog Job on this tape, and try to restore it. In the restore list you can see what is on the tape and the date of media creation.

Hey people, sorry bout that... I'm little "overstated" that day. But that is true, it's very difficult to make 100% day-by-day perfect backups. We have to work to this, i'm just starting at that. Good luck to all of us, we need just a little patience (little?). =)

i'm using 40/80GB Quantum DLT drive and DLTTape IV tape sets. The server is a Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP2. I have license for Advanced Server Edition, Remote Agent for Windows NT/2000 Option, OFO.
And the problem persists, same "No more data on...
i'm havin' some problems with the BE... The message "No more data is on the tape" often appears to me, and my backup tape set is not so old. It is a damaged media problem or a BE configuration problem?
