I have a Fujistu 9600. I NEVER had any transfering issues on the Octel 200, we upgraded to the 250 and I have had nothing but troubles...Thanks for all your help!
Hi Ken,
since you have been so helpful....this is exaclty what I have set up. I have mailbox 7999 type 33 Ext 7999 forwarded to 6422(vm pilot) When I dial 7999 I get the Message "enter the vm box of the person you wish to reach"and it works great!...BUT when I have someone holding on...
Ok now I think we are making progress, but when I tested, The vm system never let go of the call( music on hold playing the whole time) while it did ring to my cell phone once then disconnected before I could answer it....
Can anyone help me? I have an Octel 250 and a Fujitsu 9600. When a caller calls to the auto-attendent and enters an extension number that is forwarded(to an outside line) it drops the caller. Thanks in advance!!
You just need to assign a destination number to his cell phone number. Then program a DND button on his phone and set the system forwarding for DND to this destination number. When the button is pushed all calls will roll to the cell number.
Thanks M1PBXTECH. I tried the above, and here is what happens. When I dial 6422(vm pilot) direct I get my name enter * * it works perfectly.....BUT when I have someone on hold waiting to be forwarded, & dial 6422 it rings to the main greeting. I can hit * several time and it just stays on that...
Can anyone tell me how an Aria 250 should work when when someone tries to transfer a caller to someone elses voice mail box(not extension). The way it is now doesn't work all the time....
Thanks!
I would like to know the best way of programming a company closed due to bad weather message all incoming callers could hear. I need to be able to put this on from my home phone line...
Hi Maxg,
I also emailed the user group & it seems there was a patch that became effective 9-9-01 that needed to be applied. The intellicenter was not collecting any data.....what can they do to me next!!
Sorry so long to post again. I reset some system parameters and think I might be on the right track. Have you noiced the new forum for Fujitsu? Keep an eye out and maybe we will meet again?
