Ok, thanks anyway for reading my question. I may have fixed it. I make the follow changes to the receiveconnector:
MessageRateLimit : unlimited
MaxInboundConnectionPerSource: 2000
MaxInboundConnectionPercentagePerSource: 40

Only 150 out of the 2000 went out. I did not see any error messages in the logs. We tried lowering the "MessageRateLimit" from unlimited to 100, and yesterday none of the emails went out...

There are some scripts out there that will go through the documents on your server and change the document's base template. I'll look for them and if I find them again I'll post it.
We are wanting to move our print server off the file server and put it on it's own box. How do we figure out how many cals we need? Do we go by how many printers? Or how many people print at the same time? Or what?
