    Thank you for your help! I should probably look into "Pool Mode", but for now, I'm just grateful to have extension 17 able to make outgoing calls. Thanks again!!

    The first two buttons are flashing red, and don't seem to respond to the 03 option to allow them to be reprogrammed. Any idea how to make them customizable? The first two lines are flashing red and the second two are no light at all. Thank you for your help.

    I am trying to assign our 4 lines to extension 17. I have Number of Lines (#104) set to 4. When I go into Line Assignment (#301), frustration ensues. On extension 10, we access the programming via feature 00, blah blah blah, #301. Once into #301, we press 01 to assign the first line and it pops...
