Error connecting to Terminal Server 2003
I had the same issue on a Win2003 domain controller. I added the users to the built-in group "Remote Desktop Users" and made sure they were added to the Local Security Policy "Allow Logon through Terminal Services". Now they can logon without being an Administrator.- orchardplace
