A Reboot did not resolve the issue. I went into IP Office, deleted the user extension, merged, recreated the user extension and merged again. The voicemail for this user is now WORKING!!! Thank you everyone for your ideas and suggestions. It did the trick!

Awww that did not work :(. I deleted John's voicemail folder. I then restarted the service for Voicemail Pro Service. I then left a voicemail on Johns extension. Not showing anything again. The phones are too busy for me to try a system reboot, so I will try that first thing in the morning instead.
