    teletechman, the SSA show the call and the Destination End Party as "Mailbox ModuleName" at the Active Calls section. At the VoiceMail section it shows the call with Service Type "Mailbox", Call State "Connected" and Name "ModuleName". But the call is giving just silence with no disconnection...

    Yes, I agree with you, I prefer DMP as much as possible, but in this case the firewall is managed by an external company which is very very slow for any new setup, so I was trying to avoid it.     Yes, but Avaya Communicator doesn't need extension, it is enough with the user pointing it is a Power User. So there is no extension for each Avaya Communicator user.

    I am afraid, there is no DMP in users or at least I didn't find it. Also there isn't for the full system, I just found it in Lines and SIP/H323 Extensions.

    What do you mean with no licenses? Now the default configuration the IPO 412 has is with no licenses, but the problem is that when I added any license it is not saved in the memory so after the restart it comes again with the default config without the license added.
