Hi David,
You are right. The 14xxx are for release 25.15 and the 16xxx are for release 25.40 :-) But unfortunately the patches didn't solve the issue...
I did some more comparing between the sites that are working and the sites that are not working. I also found a release 4.5 system this isn't...
Hi David,
Thank you for all your efforts regarding my question.
I'm not sure but if I remember correct I need the MPLR16xxx patches. I can't remember ever installing MPLR14xxx patches. Then again... UK is EMEA too as far as I know :-) I could try to install the patches in our lab 1st to see if...
Ok I've done some tests... I'm almost 100% sure it's a bug in release 25.15.
I've loaded our prep file for release 25.15 in our lab system. Configured a M2250, the AUB and an AUT code. Dial the AUTH FFC and I got reorder tone.
Created an Archive backup of that release 25.15 database and...
Hi Firebird,
I've done that and they are the same. I've checked 2250, ATT, FCR, FFC, AUB, AUT, etc, etc. I've done some more tests and I think it's a bug in release 25.15. I've tested the SPRE + 6 at other customers using release 25.15 and none of them work. I also setup a release 25.15 in our...

Hello All,
I have a customer that is going to use Authorization Codes on multiple sites. I've implemented the configuration on all the sites. But on 1 site the customer is unable to dial the AUTH FFC using the attendant console.
If the attendant dials the *xx FFC AUTH code they get re-order...
LD 81 only gives you the configured TN's not if something is connected. You can generate an inventory in LD 117. If you get a response something is connected, if not... Nothing connected. But only works for Digital and IP sets

Hi,
Change the SCR (Single Call) to MCR (Multi Call). You need to remove the SCR's 1st before you can add the DN as a MCR.

HI,
What happens when the operator transfers the call internally to a Nortel set. Does the set see "0" or the number of the caller BEFORE they answer? And what happens when the operator completes the transfer?

Hi,
The server screen resolution is used for the list size on the clients. Don't ask me why... It's stupid [bigglasses]
Not sure which virtual solution you are using, but if it's VMWare you can increase the screen size via the vSphere client using the console. Also IE11 isn't supported, maybe...
Hi,
You don't need the NUID and NRS or any of that. Just setup the SCPW and VOLA VOUA and you are good to go. NUID and NRS is for networking stuff.

The Symposium server time always syncs with the PABX. If you like it or not. It syncs. And if I remember correct the time service of windows should be disabled (It's in the manual somewhere).
For GRTD change your setting from moving window to interval and/or set the correct interval settings...
Hello All,
1 of our customer would like to create internal call reports (CDR reports) for abandoned, transferred and (if possible) call pickup.
The situation is as follows:
They have a CS1000E release 6 with Contact Center 7. The agents in the Contact Center receive all incoming calls and...
Yes, disable the TN's on the MC32. We had the same issue that most calls sounded garbled. The DSP on units 28-31 was faulty at the time. Units 0-27 were fine. And the channel usage is from bottom to top. So if they had more then 4 simultaneous call the 4+ calls would be fine...
