Hi derfloh, thanks for your answer. yes, the contacts are available in the Client but i would like to make calls directly out of Outlook contacts. With One-X Outlook Add-In it was possible to do it.- Olli85

Hi, i use Avaya IX Workplace (Equinox) for Windows with IP Office 11.0.4 Server Edition. I use Office 365 with a local Exchange Server. I've installed the Avaya IX Workplace on Windows. IP Office Appl Server 9.0.12 with VMPro and One-X
thread940-1767647 Hello, i have the same issue that the IP Office Outlook Plugin didn't work with MS Outlook 2016 (WIN10 Pro 64).
