    the wonder of sip. what is the status of firewall/nat in the network topology tab? maybe you could download xlite to your laptop/pc and put your sip account details in to see if you can get incoming to work,

    visual voice has too many key presses for the client zzzzz they want to be able to push a preprogrammed key on the handset and it will go straight to "record after the tone" thanks amriddle01 thats kinda what Im trying to do but just cant figure it out

    Hi, I have users with 5610 handsets, when the users are on a call there is no timer ticking away to show how long the call has been in progress, have checked the settings on the phone and cannot find a setting or suchlike to show the timer, was a recent upgrade from ip400, 2030's. any ideas...
