    The sender cannot send to all addresses in our domain. We have not installed any spam filters or firewalls recently.

    Hi Kippy13 Thanks for your quick response. To answer your questions No we do not have problems receiving mail from other external clients. This particular client does not have problems sending mail to other people. They do get this message contained in the mail that gets bounced back to them.
