Remote Desktop does not come with Win2k. You have to download it or you can install it from a Windows XP CD.

I would try to replace Chart 4 with chart 1 2 or 3 just to test in case you have a code or command or formula in chart 4 that Excel 97 does not like. Just an idea.

If you can't get you Computer to boot directly from the CD you can use a Win98 boot disk. Make sure you boot with CD ROM support. Then browse your Win2000 CD to the I386 folder and run SETUP. Should work. Martin

Your idea is really good but will it make any difference if this is the only server in the tree. The 34 second is according the the server's clock itself not an external time reference. As for the NW6NSS3C I will check this out. Thanks and I'll let you know of the results.
