Check your PEP on the server. We had same problem but once we upgraded to 12/13 the problem disappeared.
Also check you regional settings on the client.
Thanks
Shut down all 3rd party application servers. Shut down SCCS, started up services.
Problem solved. Will keep in mind for next time.
Thanks Again!
Cannot register any 3rd party software, even the mlinktool.exe.
All apps connect to server, however they wait anywhere from 2-30 minutes before they register.

Is there any way I can acquire trunks/routes via a CTI application?
I need to get all relevant CTI information (DNIS, CLID etc.) out of SCCS 4.2 before an agent answers the call?
I ultimately need to be able to search and replay calls on our voice recorder by DNIS when no agents have answered calls.
I need to acquire all non-acd back office phones, the NICE Voice recorder needs to get info from the system for CLID, DNIS etc.
Any ideas, if I try acquire the TN (AST = YES/0, IAPG = 1) I get TN Acquire failed?
Does SCCS support this operation?
Think we found the problem, one of the below errors:
* Moved Pagefile completely over to D:
* Was 128MB file on C, 1.5GB on D, removed 128MB file
* Updated SQL Server on all servers to SP3
* Reinstalled 3rd party wallboard server as W2K Server
* Biggest change was upgrading NiceCLS...
Scheduler free, only 1 report in.
System runs for either 2/3 days before services spike.
Pulled the perflogs, looks like memory is used during day, but at end of the day it never recovers to what it was before.
Nortel's recommended upgrading all client connections to SDK 4.2, currently Nice...
We use our I3 & 81C/SCCS 4.2 totally separately, where even though they occupy the same floorspace agent wise. Our I3 handles 95% outbound, rest inbound ACD. Reporting I've heard is good, we use crystal & SQL to mine the data out if it doesn't come in any standard reports, so no complaints...
Running SCCS 4.02.06, SP12, every week or two my nidp.exe & nirdc.exe processors starting running excessive processor & memory usage, stalling the server.
Only by restarting SCCS will the problem disappear.
Have got both running here, I3 seems alot better in the Outbound stakes, as we have no other Predictive dialler on SCCS. What sort of Data convergance are you looking at doing?
