I have several Cisco 2924XL-EN switches where 1 or more (up to 15) of the ports are all amber from the time of boot. These ports are not usable. Everything appears fine on boot. Is there a way to reset them so that they're usable again? Thanks, John

I've unplugged the printer overnight and over a weekend. That worked a couple of times. Issue keeps coming back though. I've moved the printer as well thinking it was the environment and that worked for a while as well. Time to tear the beast apart or by an HP I think. J

Where is the sensor located. I'm getting the exact same error on my 860DP. Can I just clean it or do I buy a new one and if I buy one where can I get it? Thanks, John
