John
The DN is DID
I haven't got an IDC table. What are the implications of allowing this as this is request for x1 DN only (we have 1300 DN's programmed on PBX) to route incoming external calls to another DN
Thanks
Richard
I was wondering if there was anyway of diverting all inbound external calls from a DN to another DN (NB I still want this DN to receive internal calls).
Thanks
Thanks Guys. The model is actually M3904.
Your'e right, I want to act like commander style phone and when handset is lifted, I don't want to get dial tone but am forced to press a DN key to get dial tone.
Have setup M3903 with x 2 DN's .
I want to be able to lift the handset without getting primary DN getting dial tone. I want to force the user to select the DN he wants to dial out on.
Basically want set to act like commander style and select the line.
I tried * for pause already as this is what I had preiosuly used on other systems and it didn't work. I think I may have to use speed call which I was not wanting to do.
Thanks anyway
I need to programme up key so that uses don't have to enter the long access code. The code is 448811#** . This goes into the paging system. I need to programme a key and place a pause after 4488 then after 11#* Autodial works on M3904 but not on M2616. If I use Hotline, what do I use for...
Thanks guys, didn't think of that.
Will leave with code for them to activate/deactivate as these Doctors as mentioned are specialists and are often not consulting and work overtime. Also a number of them share with other Doctors who are there on odd days. Bottom line is, the hours are...
I have used auth codes in past, but this is particular Doctors specialist area where they work daily and just want to lock phones when they are not there. I don't want to give them Auth codes as they make quite an amount of outgoing calls each day
