    Dear Gunnar, issue is user is customer and this line is separately for him only and he is paying for this line, if he found that same code is dial able from any extension, we will be in trouble.

    multi user for one extension

    another way.... just create user in manager, and don't map extension for user. where you will sit use short-code *12*N# where N is user extension no which you created. I am calling it as virtual extension. this shortcode is called followme here. to remove followme *13*N# simple.
