    Aha! I see where you are going with this. I have solved the problem. It was exactly what you said. The line was in the hunt group. I deleted that and all is working! Thanks for the help. This is a great forum!

    I did F*0 and found that it is a regular intercom line. I also double checked to make sure that the extention is not in the hunt group. I am not sure exactly what you mean by checking the target line. Perhaps you can clarify? Thanks!
