Thanks, this will save me mucho dinero since I already have TN 767Es and CSU/DSUs lying around and don't have any spare TN 464s or 555.

I fixed it. Turned out to not be a technical problem so much as a "beat the telco" problem. As soon as they got their act together I was golden. Thanks!

Huh, I was sort of expecting that since I had to give it an IP address I'd have to point my softphone to it as well as my signal group. Anyone have a good reference for setting up a softphone that doesn't tie back to a physical extension?
