Copying folder structure with permissions, no files
SCOPY copies NTFS permissions along with the files and I have used this successfully on several occaisions. About skipping the files, I am not sure how to do stgructure only. It is from the NT Resource Kit.- NOVMT

unable to install printer. the print processor does not exist
I got that error message trying to install a TCP/IP printer to a PC on a domain. By this time, the system had created the TCP/IP port on the PC, but would not install the printer. I installed the printer to LPT1, then went to the properties of that installed printer and changed it to the TCP/IP...- NOVMT
