I have to reboot my CMs every 2 months or the directory disappears. I can tell when it's time to reboot because I start getting complaints from users.
I still can't figure out the reason.
ISDN PRI - we have 8 of them. I ran the debug of the gateway yesterday and found that the gateway is only seeing the first 7 digits of the 10 digit phone number. I just can't figure out why. I'll try the analyzer and see what happens.

When calling a few local numbers we get, "The # you have reached is not in service. This is a recording". The phone number we are calling is 703-412-1XXX. When I dial other numbers in the 703-412 range the call goes through. I know of 3 specific numbers that we can't reach. All of them begin...
The outgoing caller ID on the phone system is wrong and needs to be changed but we can't figure out how to change it. The LEC says they are sending the right number out of our lines. I've never used this system before and don't have an admin guide. Can someone point me in the right direction...
Are you getting an error when you try to make the call? What are you seeing?
One problem I have found is that the "Connect using line" sometimes reverts to IPCONF LINE.

Thanks for the post pndscm. Our vendor set up MWI so I'm not sure why he used 4 digits. He was probably limited due to the remote CCMs we connect to. We also have 2 Avaya Prologix systems in our facility that connect to Unity. Our dial plan is complicated and had to be planned carefully.

Just an update....I did the resynch on Wednesday evening and checked the phone yesterday. The message light was still on. I decided to go into Unity and refresh the MWI one more time. After refreshing, I went into the event log expecting to see an error but it never happened.

I tried the resynch and it didn't work. I'm going to unplug the phone and try a "hard" reboot. If it still doesn't work, I'll reboot Unity tonight.
The MWI problems are not new but this is the first time I've seen Unity trying to turn off an MWI to the wrong extension.

gerhardf - did you ever figure out the problem? I'm going through the same thing right now. I've got our Cisco vendor stumped. Our initial problem was that TCD stopped. After re-starting it, we can login to AC but all incoming calls go to voice mail instead of the AC.

Other than CDR, are there any reports that I can pull for the attendant console? I need to see items such as how long callers are on hold, how many calls are being transferred, etc.
CDR doesn't seem to give this type of detail.
