Want to open Pop-Up from within Jump Menu?

Want to open Pop-Up from within Jump Menu?
I know there must be an easy way to do this but I have a working jump menu. I want to add a selection that will open in a pop-up. It's a web camera shot hence the reason I want to use a new window. Thanks [yinyang]- NotABrainiac
