Every time I try to upgrade to this newer clock controller. Option81c system will freeze up after kicking out numerous fnet errors. On the new cards there are switch settings for the different countries. The switch settings are displayed on the card itself. Special note comes in Box, but its settings on paper for North America is different than on the card. I talked to Nortel Tech support but got no clear answer. They seemed...- nortelpbxguy

Set Relocation bug 6.0 software ??
Set relocation isnt difficult if you mark your wire blocks with port numbers instead of extension numbers. When working on a set were customer uses it, make it a practice to verify in maintenance menu port/DN status for the actual DN. It is a big plus to customers when selling system.- nortelpbxguy
