Tried the memory in both slots - nothing. How does the power button work on these units? Could I have a short in the ribbon from the power module to the motherboard letting the fan for the cpu and power light come on, but essentially not telling the board to come on. I have never seen it...

The digits are correct for everything else we do with direct dial numbers to certain phones. It seems the CallPilot gets sent that 2840 every time from the system. Is there a way to work it out? My confusion is if I call the system in a normal world, what is getting passed to CallPilot...

It has something to do with the fact we receive 4 digits in for our DID numbers I think. The log in CallPilot shows an error about there being no extension 2840, which are the last 4 digits of our main number that I want AA to pick up on. Don't know what to correct.
