Where to get DiscoveryCA Call Accounting Software

Hello all! I wasn't sure under which forum to post this so I apologize if you are seeing this for the 2nd time. I have a customer with a Vodavi DVX+ IV phone system who also had a PC running the DiscoveryCA Call Accounting Software. The hard drive on the PC crashed and all data was lost. Now, we...

Where to get Discovery CA Call Accounting Software

Hello all! I have a customer with a Vodavi DVX+ IV phone system who also had a PC running the DiscoveryCA Call Accounting Software. The hard drive on the PC crashed and all data was lost. Now, we have a new PC but I have no idea where to get a new copy of the software. Are there any distributors...

Incoming Call Route Changing On Its Own?

Hmmm, I didn't know that people could make calls that way. I will be sure to stop by and check the forwarding setting on all phones. Is there anything else I should check while I'm at it? amriddle01, by complex passwords do you mean the voicemail passwords? I know the IP Office, but it is still...

Incoming Call Route Changing On Its Own?

Yes, the system is connected to the internet. I'm confident that changing the passwords and removing all of the privileges from the Operator account (which nobody uses anyway) will keep this from happening again.

Incoming Call Route Changing On Its Own?

I checked the Audit Trail and there was a record of someone making the change to the incoming call route using the "Operator" account. They have no idea who it may have been, but I changed the passwords on all accounts so hopefully that will keep this from happening again. Thank you so much...

Incoming Call Route Changing On Its Own?

Hello everybody. I am having a pretty strange issue with an IP Office at a customer's office. They have 4 analog lines setup in incoming call route "0" which is programmed to ring a group of phones. Today, for the third time now, the incoming call route is all of the sudden going straight to...

    Clocking on a BCM 450 With 5 PRIs & 2 Carriers

Thanks again for the feedback. The 2 local circuits are plugged straight into the telco's NIUs, so I have the Internal CSUs on. The 3 LD circuits are plugged into Adtrans, and I have the Internal CSUs off. Is this right, or should I turn them on?

    Clocking on a BCM 450 With 5 PRIs & 2 Carriers

Hey snowman. Thanks for the reply. Our PRIs have only 23 channels, so the 5 PRIs give us 115 channels. I have my first local PRI set as "Primary External", and the second set as "Secondary External", but the system will not allow me to set any of the others to secondary or primary, only...

    Clocking on a BCM 450 With 5 PRIs & 2 Carriers

Hello all. I have a BCM450 R5 with a R1 Capacity Expansion Card. The BCM has 5 PRIs with 2 different carriers. 2 are for local use only with one carrier, and the other 3 are for long distance with another carrier. My question is how should the clocking be set on the 5 cards? I currently have the...

Any way to copy programming between systems?

Replacing the combo card won't cause me to lose the PRI will it?

    Caller ID on Prime set

In "Telco features", you need to go "next" past "Feature assign" and "1stDisplay" to "Called ID" and change it to "Y". Otherwise the caller ID will only show if you press "Feature 811" after a couple of rings, or while the caller is on the phone. You also have to make sure you have the caller ID...

Any way to copy programming between systems?

Thank you all for your responses, now here's the scoop: - The RAM cartridge is an NTBB08GA-93 03 so I believe it's a release 3 - The software version is SP:30DEC04 NAT which I believe is 7.0 - They have constant problems with dropped calls. Also, when they go to dial out they get a fast busy...

Any way to copy programming between systems?

Hello all. I was wondering if there's any way to copy system programming between 2 MICS systems. The reason I ask is I have a customer who has an MICS with PRI that has had a ton of issues, and I have tried a different T1 card, different software and cartridge, and don't know what else to do, so...

Hello all. I've got a question about the routing capabilities of a Strata CTX100. Just so you know, I am a Nortel/Norstar & Avaya tech and don't know a whole lot about the Toshiba systems, so that's what brings me here today :) Here's the scoop, I have a customer with 2 offices, one with a...
