    Hello! We have two IP Office 8.1.63 connected via SCN. Each site has its own PRI. Would like to have a user from site A access the site B PRI to dial out to customers so that companies caller id is showing. Any advice on how to program a button for a user to accomplish this? Thanks!

    Hello! The analog phone that we have on the IPO 500 6.1, on a combo card, will beep, pause, beep and pause before it completes the outbound call. Any way to eliminate this? Thank you!

    The light doesn't come on every time, only once in a while. Incoming Call route is set. I can get the phone to ring on an analog line incoming call.
