NAM 4.0 CCR will not transfer to voice mail
In case anyone else has had a problem with this: I setup a NAM 4.0 voice mail with a MICS 5.0 system. The customer wanted a complex CCR tree. reinitialize NAM 4.0 system
How do I reinitialize the Norstar NAM 4.0? I have a refurbished system and need to "wipe clean" to start with a new configuration. I found a similiar article on this site 3 weeks ago, but I can't seem to locate it now. Can anyone out there help ASAP? Thanks- NorstarNewguy
