Have you checked the configuration, LD 22, PRT TYPE (ADAN) to see if the TTY has those options turned on ? USER (MTC) (SCH) (BUG) ect.

Go into LD 37 stat TTY reenable the disabled TTY for that port

Is anyone connecting using an IP address to an Option 81? This would be used for adds moves, changes and pulling traffic reporting in the Nortel PBX. If it is possible can someone please provide the setup. Thanks
