Just got a call in about these COMMANDS, maybe this will help somebody else.
There are more, you can...
Call pilot would be nice if the moneys there.
You may want to fix it for the time being, get it going again then print out the SEER codes, look them up.
The SEER code history shoud indicate what the problem is. If your not having hard drive issues then you may just have to power down take it...
Dangling trouble resolved.
Turned out to be an old ACD MAX TOD schedule running that was changing the ACD queue NCFW.
"couldn't fix it cause it wasn't broke"
The counterpart.
Do I understand this LD 2 correctly? Traffic data held in the holding registers is over written every hour, so if it isn't printed before the next hour it is lost.
I am remote to this Option 81 site and dial in by modem to print traffic data on trunks, i.e.. INVC 0 2.
Is it possible to set it...
Is your system swapping processors every night?
If yes, I would INI the system, Of course this depends on what your allowed to do, if not, I would be contacting a Vendor/Nortel ETAS
acewarlock,
Do I understand this correctly that the traffic reports have to be downloaded every hour. Is it possible to collect a 8 hour report and download that once a day.
Thanks, norm
Is anyone connecting using an IP address to an Option 81?
This would be used for adds moves, changes and pulling traffic reporting in the Nortel PBX.
If it is possible can someone please provide the setup.
Thanks
