When I do a reset I get the error system unable to boot automatically becuase there are no bootable files to boot -

I need help I just erased my flash files and now the switch just boots the loader. I have another switch that is the exact same. How can I get the flash from the working switch onto the other that doesnt have a .bin file. thanks for the advise
