    HI there, Close SCCS Client on your PC. On your task bar right click and select Task Manager. Select "Processes" and delete NBNmSrvc.exe. You should be able to connect to SCCS ok. nononortel

    Bluerigsby, Thanks for your help but it ended up being a user error. So many programs open and the Agent Real-time display always opens minimized. I just had to maximise and it works fine.

    Is it the same times everyday? If it is, you may have SARS. (Scheduled Access Restrictions) which can place the switch on Night at certain times.

    If a Supervisor has created their own report in SCCS 4.2 and would like to share it with collegues, is there a way to copy the report template and load it to another client without using crystal??? I know you can copy real time display templates. Any ideas?
