Similiar problem:
I can get it to work with a local security policy but when I try to apply a GPO to with the wuau.adm applied it does not appear to apply the policy to the computer or user that I specify in the GPO security tab. I am running in mixed mode. Also I have added this test policy as...
Make sure that you are using Seagate Tapes with the Seagate Drive. We purchased a Seagate Autoloader DDS4 a while back and had a very similiar issue. We even replaced the drive once only to have the same issue and finally narrowed it down to using non-seagate tapes. The seagate tapes have some...
Ok, now I am confused. I downloaded the QO52528 and unzipped the dll's with the cazip utility. The instructions say to Rename asbackup.dll in X:\Arcserve to asbackup.dll.QO52528.Rename ascompar.dll in X:\Arcserve to ascompar.dll.QO52528.Rename asscan.dll in X:\Arcserve to asscan.dll.QO52528...

I changed my dynamic vpns to use Dynamic DNS and...
Here is the reply I got from CA regarding this

Thanks for the reply. The only way I know to go back is to reinstall Arcserve. Maybe someone here knows the procedure for reinstallation and preserving the database. In the past I believe what I did was copy the database to another directory, uninstalled, reinstalled, and then (All engines...
