SoftConsole stuck in Taskbar
After a recent IPO upgrade, the receptionists' Soft Consoles stopped working until upgraded. In fact, they had reverted to another older profile (???). Thank you for the suggestion AACon and joe2938 but it did not work. When I tried your suggested short code and auto attendant programming, the attendant came back with an error message, along the lines that the hunt group was unavailable; I set the hunt group In Service, but I tried Night and...- No Comment
